This month, momentum was the message. The Zaha Hadid Foundation launched a Scholars Program supporting the next generation of Middle Eastern architects, a tangible step toward a more inclusive, forward-thinking practice.
We go down memory lane with the UAE’s most iconic modern landmarks. These hidden gems truly document the evolution of our urban fabric. Some of these were ahead of their time, but still hold their own today. On a similar note, Emirati photographer Hussain AlMoosawi captures the UAE’s overlooked details in Facade to Facade, a striking archive of urban identity.
